If any of the goods are faulty please get in touch with our customer service team for a replacement.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you would like to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately.
Please be aware that all of our products are custom made and we can not change or cancel orders if they have already been processed.

We can not cancel orders for digital products after we have sent you the product(s) or download link(s).

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send the refund to your email address via PayPal.

When will I receive my refund?

You’ll be notified when we issue your refund, however, it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on your account.
